Our staff is trained and skilled to provide a welcoming and friendly environment where you will feel safe and in good hands. The entire team at Grady L. Lembke, DDS is registered with the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry and has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.

Heather
Office Manager
Heather is a native Oklahoman. After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, she moved to Edmond where she currently resides. After years in the education field, she was excited about a new opportunity in Dr. Lembke’s dental practice. She likes the friendly atmosphere, the staff and patients bring to the office. Heather is married with two children.
She and her family love snow skiing, going to the beach, and spending time at the lake.
Beth
Administrative / Clinical Assistant
Beth was born and raised in Kentucky. She began her dental career at a pediatric office in Arkansas. She enjoys her position in Dr. Lembke’s practice, which includes a wide range of responsibilities. Beth is married with two children.
She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Oana
Administative Assistant
Oana was born and raised in Romania. She moved to Oklahoma in 1994. She graduated from Washburn University in Topeka Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Security Administration. She has been married for 20 years and has two beautiful children. Oana is the number-one fan of Game of Thrones. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and baking her native Romanian cuisine as well as spending time with friends and family.
Oana believes that a smile can change the world!
Sawyer
Hygienist
Sawyer grew up in Enid, Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2017.
Outside of hygiene, Sawyer enjoys spending time with her husband and her 3 rescue Labrador Retrievers, reading, going to the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
Salem
Hygienist
Salem grew up in the Tulsa area and moved to Oklahoma City after college. Before graduating with her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene Degree at the University of Oklahoma, she was a part of the cheer squad at Oklahoma State University. She has been delivering quality care with Dr. Lembke for over a decade with her specific passion in educating patients on how the mouth plays a vital role in overall health.
Outside of dental hygiene, Salem is active in yoga and dance classes, traveling and being outdoors. She enjoys watching her young daughter and son participate in their music and sport activities. Salem believes her experience in parenting a child with complex medical needs helped shape her as a hygienist and person.
Brandie
Dental Assistant
Brandie has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Outside of work, she stays busy with two high school boys and two stepdaughters. She also enjoys going to Lake Eufala with her other half, Cody, and walking their fur babies, Kricket and Biggie.
